How are contractors verified?
Basic tier: company registration check. Verified tier: client interviews and document check. Premium Verified: all of the above plus a physical site visit.
Do the budget estimates include contractor labour?
Yes. Our estimates include both materials and labour based on Georgian market rates.
Which areas does SIVRCE cover?
For now SIVRCE focuses on Tbilisi and its surroundings, including Rustavi and Mtskheta. Other regions are coming later.
