Who checks the contractor's work during the beta?
During the beta a technical supervisor visits the site: an independent person who inspects the work and records what they saw. This is how the verification levels get their evidence — a badge is earned by a recorded check, never bought.
Is SIVRCE free to use?
Yes — for homeowners the platform is free: project creation, budget estimates and contractor browsing cost nothing.
How are contractors verified?
Registered: contact and registration details checked. Verified: documents, experience and completed work checked. Fully verified: plus an in-person check by SIVRCE.
Do the budget estimates include contractor labour?
Yes. Our estimates include both materials and labour based on Georgian market rates.
Which areas does SIVRCE cover?
For now SIVRCE works in Tbilisi: the prices are Tbilisi rates, and outside the city the contractor adjusts them on site.
