SIVRCE Privacy Policy

At registration via Clerk: name, email, user ID. During use: project descriptions, property addresses, budgets, photos, documents (contracts, receipts), contractor communications. Automatically: IP address, device type, page views and actions (via PostHog for analytics).

To operate the platform: estimate generation, contractor matching, document storage. To improve the product: usage analysis (anonymised). For notifications: project status updates via email and Telegram (only if connected). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com), which stores email, phone number, and session metadata per its own privacy policy. SIVRCE does not store passwords.

Project data, documents, and files are stored on Supabase servers in the EU region (Frankfurt). Files (photos, PDFs) are stored in Supabase Storage. Only you and contractors you assign to a project can access that project's data.

You have the right to: request a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights: hello@sivrcespace.ge. We will respond within 30 days.

We use PostHog for product analytics (anonymised user behaviour data). You can opt out in profile settings. Technical cookies are required for authentication to function.

For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
