In 2023, our founder spent two months trying to understand where the money went, who would show up tomorrow, and whether a given expense was in the estimate — while renovating an apartment. The contractor was good. The communication was chaos.
SIVRCE was built to fix this: the client gets a full picture, the contractor spends less time on admin, and both get a transparent deal.
We're a small team working from Tbilisi. Our goal is transparency across the South Caucasus construction industry.

Our users are contractors aged 40–60. The UX should be simple, not fancy.
