What the platform does
Estimate
From the area and the condition of the property — built from the price list of works, labour and materials apart. It is a preliminary calculation, not a contractor's offer.
Contractors
The catalogue shows contractors with three verification levels: registered, verified (documents, registration, portfolio), fully verified (plus an in-person check).
Offer and contract
A contractor sends a price and a timeline, the homeowner chooses. After confirmation the price changes only through a change the homeowner approved.
Project journal
Stages, photos, notes and stage sign-off — people writing to each other about the property, in one place.
Payment records
The homeowner uploads a receipt, the other side confirms it. In a dispute — a SIVRCE administrator, with both sides' evidence.
Material prices
Shops enter their own prices; we compare them by material class. How exactly — in separate rules.
Architect and designer
Permit, measured survey, design project, author's supervision — ordered through the platform; the professional joins the project.
What we do not do
- We do not take or transfer renovation money: the homeowner pays the contractor directly; we keep only the receipt.
- We do not renovate ourselves and do not guarantee a contractor's work — the contract is between the homeowner and the contractor.
- We do not sell the verification badge or a place in the price comparison.
How we earn
- The platform is free for homeowners.
- Contractors — a plan subscription and a fee on the contract; the fee becomes payable stage by stage — only for a stage the homeowner has accepted. All work with the client on a project is free on any plan.
- Architects and designers — a fee on an order received through the platform.
- Shops — prices and the storefront are free; the CRM and a fee on sales SIVRCE brought are paid.
