SIVRCE Terms for Architects and Designers
Version 1.0 of 27 September 2026
In short
- The section is free. On an order through SIVRCE — 7% of the chosen offer's price; the amount is shown before you send the offer.
- The fee accrues when the client chooses your offer and is paid by invoice. The choice is final.
- The client's contacts and address are shown to you after you are chosen.
- You deliver the result as files in SIVRCE; the client accepts it or returns it with a comment.
- Copyright in the drawings is yours; the client gets the right to use them for their own property.
1. Who this is for
Contractors with the “architect” or “interior designer” specialisation. No separate account is needed: the same cabinet, the same review. The general terms and the terms for contractors (profile, review, disputes, overdue invoices) apply, except where this document says otherwise.
Services: permit, measured plan, redesign project, interior concept, design project, author's supervision.
2. How an order runs
- A client orders a service — the request goes to several providers with that specialisation (same city first).
- You send an offer with a price and a timeframe. Before you are chosen, the client's contacts and address are not visible to you.
- The client chooses — you become a participant in the project (architect or designer).
- You deliver files. The client accepts or returns them with a comment; the next version arrives as a new line.
- The client closes the service when something has been accepted and nothing is awaiting a decision.
3. The fee
On an order through SIVRCE the fee is 7% of the chosen offer's price. The amount is shown in the form before you send the offer.
- It accrues when the client chooses the offer. An offer without a price carries no fee.
- The client's choice of provider is final, so only an administrator can remove the fee — with an explanation.
- We issue an invoice and you pay by transfer. Disputes and overdue invoices work as in the terms for contractors: an invoice unpaid and undisputed for 14 days pauses new requests.
- There is no subscription for this section: the platform's only income from it is the fee.
4. Payment from the client
The client pays you directly. In SIVRCE one side records the payment and the other confirms it; a mismatch is described in words and reviewed by an administrator. These records are separate from renovation receipts.
5. Rights in drawings and visualisations
- Copyright in the drawings, projects and visualisations you create stays with you.
- The client gets the right to use the result for the renovation of their own property — including handing it to a builder — unless you and the client agree otherwise in writing.
- You allow SIVRCE to store the files and show them to the project's participants — only to run the service.
- You show photos of the property or the project in your portfolio only with the client's consent and without the address.
6. Professional responsibility
Compliance of the project with building regulations, and permits, are your responsibility. SIVRCE does not check projects.
For author's supervision you can see the renovation's stages and progress — without the project's money.
You may recommend a contractor to the client. It is your professional opinion — the client decides whether to invite them.
