We do not ask for a card and charge nothing automatically: we issue an invoice, and the plan starts once the transfer arrives.

The design section is free. On an order won through SIVRCE — 7% of the service price: the commission accrues when the client picks your offer, becomes payable once the client accepts the work, and is paid by invoice.
The commission is accrued at the contract and paid stage by stage — for each stage the client accepts; one invoice a month. The stage amount is that stage's lines in the contract estimate, the rate follows the scale of the whole contract; overheads are paid on the handover act. Changes the client approved are part of the base. We issue the invoice from the monthly statement.
No. The badge is confirmed by documents and completed work. A bought badge is worse than none — it becomes indistinguishable from a promise.
