SIVRCE Terms of Use

SIVRCE (sivrcespace.ge, pro.sivrcespace.ge) is an online platform for planning and running renovations. Operator: LLC Marstone Group, identification code 405819315, address: 7 Otar Taktakishvili St., Vake, Tbilisi, email: hello@sivrcespace.ge.

These terms apply to every user. Contractors, architects, designers and shops have additional terms of their own that supplement this document. Personal data is covered separately by the privacy policy.

The main language is Georgian. If a translation differs from the Georgian text, the Georgian text prevails.

You can make an estimate without signing up — it is saved behind a link. An unsent draft with no account that nobody has opened for 30 days is deleted automatically.

• You must be 18 or older to sign up.
• Sign-in is provided by Clerk (email, phone or social login). We do not store passwords.
• Give accurate details and do not share access to your account.

• calculates a preliminary estimate from the SIVRCE price list and your property's details;
• at your request, sends your request to suitable contractors and shows you their offers;
• keeps the work schedule, the site journal, documents, receipts and messages;
• notifies you about your project;
• shows a comparison of shop prices.

• is not a party to the contract between a homeowner and a contractor (or shop) and does not carry out work;
• does not accept, hold or pass on money for renovation or materials;
• does not guarantee the quality of work or materials;
• is not a design firm and gives no technical opinions (for example, on a load-bearing wall) or permits.

An estimate is a guide: it is calculated from the price list and the details you entered. The real price depends on a site visit, materials and the contractor.

The binding price is the one in the contractor's offer that you accepted. After that the price changes only through a change you approved.

A SIVRCE staff member opens a contractor's profile before the contractor starts receiving requests. The levels:

• «Registered» — Contact and registration details checked.
• «Verified» — Documents, experience and completed work checked.
• «Fully verified» — Plus an in-person check by SIVRCE.

Verification reflects the moment it was done. It is not insurance and not a guarantee of work quality. The verification badge is not for sale.

Only a homeowner who accepted work from that contractor can leave a review.

The contract is between you and the contractor. We recommend putting the amount, dates, stages and warranty in writing.

You pay the contractor directly. In SIVRCE a payment is recorded with a receipt and the contractor confirms it. If the amounts differ, the record becomes disputed and a SIVRCE administrator reviews both sides' receipts.

The administrator's decision records the outcome on the platform. It is not a court ruling and does not limit your rights under the law.

You accept the stages. After final acceptance the contractor's warranty begins (if one was stated). After acceptance, a claim about a stage can no longer be opened in SIVRCE, but this does not limit your rights under the law and under your contract with the contractor.

• Room visualisation (Google Gemini) is for inspiration. It is not a design project, does not take the structure into account, and cannot be the basis for work or approvals.
• Receipts, documents and journal notes are read by Anthropic Claude. The result is a draft: it becomes a record only when a person confirms it. Check the amounts.
• Estimates are not produced by AI — they are calculated from the price list.

Photos, documents and texts are yours. By uploading them you allow SIVRCE to store them and show them to the project's participants — only to run the service.

Not allowed: uploading other people's personal data without a legal ground, abuse, fake reviews, spam, attempts to bypass security, acting in someone else's name.

If you see unlawful information on the platform, write to us. After checking it we will remove it or restrict access to it.

We try to keep the service running correctly and without interruption, but it may be temporarily unavailable. SIVRCE is not liable for the actions of contractors, shops and other users, or for the quality of work and materials.

This limitation does not apply to harm caused by SIVRCE intentionally or through gross negligence, and does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

You can delete your account from the account menu or by writing to hello@sivrcespace.ge. On deletion your personal data is deleted or anonymised. Records the other side needs (the project, payments, disputes) remain, but without your name and contacts. Details are in the privacy policy.

If these terms are broken we may suspend an account. We will tell you the reason in words and hear you out.

Write to hello@sivrcespace.ge. We reply within 10 working days.

Georgian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia. You may also contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency.

We will tell you about material changes by email or in your account at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
