Will the price grow during the renovation?
The price is fixed in the contract after the contractor has seen the property in person. Extra work is added only as an estimate change: you see the amount and the extra days first, and the total does not change without your consent.
What if the contractor takes an advance and disappears?
SIVRCE does not handle the money — you pay the contractor directly and upload the receipt. The amount for each stage is known from the contract, so you can pay stage by stage rather than everything up front. An administrator checks the contractor's documents before they get any requests.
What if the deadlines slip?
The schedule is broken into stages. If one runs late, you see the new forecast and the reason straight away. New dates take effect only after you confirm them.
What if the work is done badly?
You accept every stage by its photos. If something is wrong, you send the stage back in your own words and the contractor fixes it. Stages are accepted in order, so you never accept work laid on top of something you haven't seen.
Who are these contractors?
Before a contractor receives requests, an administrator checks their documents, and the profile states what exactly was checked. Ratings come only from clients' reviews.
What if we disagree about a payment?
You open a dispute on the payment record and give the reason. An administrator reviews it using both sides' receipts.
